At SILKS, we take pride in creating unique apparel and want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help with an exchange.
Returns & Exchanges We do not offer refunds. However, we do offer exchanges or store credit for eligible items.
Customers may exchange an item for:
- Store credit, or
- A similar product of equal value
Return Window Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date to qualify for an exchange or store credit.
Condition of Items To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- Free of damage, stains, or odors
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Shipping Responsibility Customers are responsible for:
- The cost of shipping the item back to us
- The cost of shipping the exchanged item back to the customer
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
